Make sure you can get into your Questcom Microsoft 365 account
Remember you can get into the web versions of all the Microsoft 365 Applications
The existing Kerio mail server won't be shut down immediately, it just wont have any new emails after 10:00.

Incognito Mode

If you are having issues logging into the web versions of these applications because of personal or old accounts being logged in, using an incognito window will solve that problem.
